Red wine mad from a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot e Cabernet Frank grapes from our family wineyard placed on the hills south of Trasimeno lake; old school fermentation in 1000 liter contenitors, 12-month used barriques, 10 months bottle.

From Organic farming (0,5 L)

Olio obteined from local plants like Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and Dolce Agogia; the olive hand picked and with mecanical help within 48h is processed at low temperature to obtain the best quality and to keep the biggest quantity of aromas, polyphenols and antioxidants in wich our plants are particularly rich.
